Kyle Kobler - System Support Engineer

Kyle Kobler grew up in the West suburbs to a family of business owners and spent his youth implementing IT systems and supporting them. He graduated with a degree in Business and Management of Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. While in college, he interned as a Systems Administrator for the ad agency Cramer-Krasselt in Milwaukee, where he focused on systems implementation and support while also providing low level software development for his final three years of study. Upon graduating, he made the decision to pursue a career in software development and wrote Microsoft C# based regression testing software for the Naviplan financial planning tool. An opportunity in the Chicagoland area led Kyle to working for Anderson Pest Solutions as a Systems Administrator. Shortly after being hired, the company was purchased by Rentokil-Initial, the largest global pest control company, where his primary focus was on the Chicagoland area. He focused on maintaining existing Anderson systems and migrating the company to its new owner's systems and standards of excellence. Kyle takes pride in his quick and efficient diagnostics while also providing outside of the box thinking.
Steven Piotrowski - System Support Engineer

Steven Piotrowski is from the West suburbs of Chicago and attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN where he pursued a bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Engineering Technology. Steven interned in IT at MacLean Power Systems in Franklin Park, IL as well as Cabot Microelectronics Corp. in Aurora, IL where he worked in infrastructure support, implementations and single sign-on projects during his time at the respective companies. After graduation Steven worked for 3 years with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as a Technical Support Specialist managing hardware rollouts, systems implementations and support requests. Steven specializes in systems implementation, systems automation and administration. Steven’s passion is technology and he maintains a thorough knowledge of what is going on in the world of computing and information technology. Since this is also a passion of his, he critiques his work heavily and is sure that what he does is done correctly and is streamlined to the utmost efficiency so that his clients have the smoothest experience possible. Steven is always confident in his troubleshooting capabilities as well as advising what the best course of action will be in a given situation.
